1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, purchasing a subscription or digital product, or using any Freedom Trades content, tools, or community spaces (including Substack and Discord) (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) What We Provide

Freedom Trades provides educational content and community services about swing trading and market education, which may include: articles, newsletters, watchlists, trade ideas, charts, strategy explanations, templates, tools/scanners, community discussions, and other digital materials.

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3) Educational Use Only — Not Financial Advice

All content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

We do not act as your broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, trades, risk management, and outcomes.

4) Risk Disclosure (Trading Is Risky)

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your capital. Market conditions change rapidly and no strategy works all the time.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, trade recaps, performance figures, or discussions of returns are not guarantees of future performance.

5) Hypothetical / Backtested / Example Trades

Some content may include hypothetical examples, model scenarios, backtests, or educational illustrations. Hypothetical results have limitations and do not reflect real-world execution, liquidity, slippage, fees, spreads, news risk, or human factors. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to any examples shown.

6) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

7) Accounts, Access, and Security

If you create an account or obtain paid access, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not share logins, share paid access, resell access, or allow multiple people to use one paid account. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or piracy.

8) Payments, Billing, Renewals

Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Substack/Stripe), and your use may also be subject to their terms.

9) No Refunds / All Sales Final (Digital Access)

One quick disclaimer before you buy, just so you know what to expect.
Because the Services provide digital content and immediate access to proprietary educational materials and community resources, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

The reason is simple: as soon as you receive access, you may be able to view, copy notes from, or otherwise reproduce the strategy and materials, and digital content cannot be “returned.”

Important legal note: This “no refunds” policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have (for example, rights relating to content that is not delivered as promised or is materially defective).

EU/UK-style digital withdrawal notice (if applicable): If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right for digital content or digital services, you may be asked at checkout to (1) request immediate access and (2) acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once delivery/performance begins.

10) Cancellation of Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account/payment portal or by contacting us at the support email. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period (unless required by law).

11) Intellectual Property (No Sharing, No Reposting)

All content and materials provided through the Services are owned by Freedom Trades or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, upload, share, or create derivative works from any paid content, including sharing it on social media, in other communities, or with non-members.

12) Community Rules (Discord / Comments)

You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass others, spam, impersonate, share paid content, post unlawful content, or promote market manipulation (including pump-and-dump behavior). We may remove content or suspend/ban members at our discretion, without refund, for violations.

13) Third-Party Platforms

We may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Substack, Stripe, TradingView). We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or actions by third parties. Your use is subject to their terms.

14) Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or any trading outcome.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Trades will not be liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any content.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount allowed by law in your jurisdiction).

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Trades from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

17) Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, leak content, commit fraud, or create legal/reputational risk for the community. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using restricted materials.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland , and disputes will be handled in the courts of Bern, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
